Noteworthy Classification Features:
Rectangular red brick building with prominent cedar shingle mansard portico suported by four fluted brick columns. The two middle columns form an entry arch in the mansard roof. Freestanding sign has matching cedar shingle roof. Doors and window frames are rounded on top and outlined in decorative raised brickwork, which is repeated. Soldier coursing and dentil detail on parapet, which is topped with limestone. Dentil detail also on cornice of portico. Connected to Dolton Fire Station Number 1.
