2640 Park Drive Flossmoor
Noteworthy Classification Features:
A small red brick church with a bell tower rising upward from the roof. A recessed double front door is surrounded by smooth lime stone. Above the front door is a small arched stained glass window. The brickwork is common bond, but a herringbone pattern fills the area above the front window and the base of the opening for the bell. Triangular limestone blocks top the buttresses on the sides of the building. The parish office, a later addition from the 1950s, has a flat roof and large wide windows with horizontal mullions. Above and below the windows, the bricks are stacked. A collonade connects the church and the parish house. Wooden doors with rounded tops match the arches of the collonade.
