Noteworthy Classification Features:

A one-story brick strip mall, the structure has a series of bays with large windows trimmed in clear anodized aluminum. A flat broad awning spans the entire length of the front façade. There are three distinctive signs hanging on the front of the roof with original support beams. The most distinctive sign is for Perruso Cleaners in illuminated neon script.
