Noteworthy Classification Features:
A square building with a flat roof clad in yellow brick laid in a common bond. The façade is sectioned into 5 large panels by wide, vertical, full-height stretches of blue glazed brick. There is a projecting bay with a short, flat roof with a deeply recessed front entrance. The south facade of the projecting bay has a window wall with a painted aluminum transom and bulkhead. There is an L-shaped partition wall in the front of the building made of stone which is carved with vertical lines resembling stacked brick.
