Noteworthy Classification Features:

A large rectangular brick building with a Lannon stone feature wall framed with smooth limestone. Around it are stacked red bricks. The front façade of the main, two-story building is clad in brick with a Flemish bond garden wall. An additional unique pattern of two projecting headers occurs in a repeating pattern.
