Noteworthy Classification Features:
A large 2-story buildng with a flat roof. The front façade is dominated by 6 large arched windows that extend 2 stories. Each arch is framed with bricks, which are laid in a running bond. The windows are deeply recessed with dark tinted glass panels and black frames. The building is subdivided into three sections. The right section is divided by a recessed front entrance flanked with lamp posts topped with smoked glass globes. The left section, where “Homewood Professional Building” appears in black on the brick wall, is divided by a recessed brick wall with another entrance door. Across the front is a raised planter clad in the same brick and topped with limestone caps.
