Notice to members in good standing re: submitting board member nominees

Members in good standing with Landmarks Illinois are able to put forward the name of a nominee for election to the Board of Directors. According to Section 5.4 of Landmarks Illinois’ Bylaws, 10 or more members acting jointly may put forward the name of a nominee for election to the board with the nominee’s consent. The name of the nominee and the 10 members acting jointly must be made in writing to the Chair of the Board Development Committee no less than 14 business days prior to the annual meeting (June 3, 2026). The nominee will then be presented to the membership with the slate of director nominees at the annual meeting.
