A large courtyard office building with a flat roof and brick side walls, the noteworthy feature of this building is the large window walls on the front façade. The windows have metal spandrels and transoms painted a bright teal. In the center of the exterior front facade is a stairwell hidden by a solid panel made of thinset cementitious material. The iron stairs and drainage grates are painted teal to match the spandrels and transoms.
