Noteworthy Classification Features:

A rectangular form in plan. Building is clad in brick. Portico on the front with one-and-a-half-story square columns. No ornamentation. A tall pyramidal white spire with a square base sits on the roof. Above the portico is an oval window. Windows on the west façade are tall, multi-pane, double-hung with an arched top. On the east, there’s a long corridor with rooms on each side. This wing has double-hung windows with vertical stretcher lintels and white shutters flanking each window.
