A large flat-roof office building clad in brick. The notable features include wide bands of windows on the two upper stories famed in lime stone and filled with random coursed Lannon stone. The first floor is recessed with an overhanging upper floor supported by narrow, square columns. The first floor mirrors the upper floor cladding with Lannon stone clad walls and a brick planter that extends around the building. The windows are framed in clear anodized aluminum. In the rear, the building extends over the parking lot and is surrounded with a brick privacy screen. In the center of the building is a courtyard.
