Noteworthy Classification Features:
This vacant commercial building has anodized aluminum windows and door frames, multiple panels of concrete privacy screens, and precast sawtooth awning. Stacked course brick bulkheads and glazed tile adorn each façade. There are decorative vertical recesses in the brick walls every six feet. Walls are capped with flat limestone. Large window panes are flanked by sidelights with transom above and large windows wrap around corner. Steel perforated hexagonal sconces can be seen near the entrance with metal lettering “DRUGS” and “COMMUNITY MEDICAL CENTER”.
