Leslie Hindman,
John McCarter, and Target were honored for their unique and extraordinary
contributions to Chicago’s civic and cultural skyline at this year’s celebration.
In his remarks, honoree John McCarter reflected on his personal landmarks both
built and natural. He spoke warmly of growing up in Oak Park and riding his bike
to various Frank Lloyd Wright houses.
