Administrative Assistant
Assist the President/CEO and
Director of Volunteer Services of the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust in
carrying out administrative functions including, but not limited to board,
staff, volunteer and external support. Maintain the highest level of
confidentiality regarding board, staff and volunteer information.
COLLECTIONS and REFERENCE ASSISTANT
Under the direction of both the collections manager/registrar and
librarian/archivist, assists with the preservation, access, security, and
display of all artifacts and materials in the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation
Trust’s collections, including the museum buildings.
Development Manager Works with a five-member development team
to implement a multi-pronged strategy for substantially increasing philanthropy
to the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust.
Senior
Development Manager Serves as the senior manager of the
development department of the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust. Under the
direction of the vice president for development, coordinates daily operations of
the department and ensures that all constituent relationships are stewarded with
the utmost care and respect. Works closely with colleagues across the museum to
build an infrastructure that supports the identification, cultivation, and
solicitation of members and major donors. In collaboration with the vice
president of development, the senior development manager will monitor and ensure
that development staff members are achieving quantitative and qualitative
objectives.
Robie House Tour Coordinator in Hyde
Park and
Home & Studio Tour Coordinator in Oak Park The Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust is accepting applications to fill two
similar positions. Work summary: Ensures that all tour programs at the Robie
House or Home and Studio are delivered according to corporate policies and best
practices in guest services. Coordinates and schedules volunteer interpreters.
Serves as site manager on assigned days and performs designated record-keeping
functions. The successful applicant will be required to work a five day work
week to include a regular weekend day or days, and must have access to a
personal car.
Robie House Facilities Assistant
Position The Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust is
accepting applications for a position includes general care and
preventive maintenance of the mechanical systems, museum, and grounds.
VISUAL RESOURCES TECHNICIAN and RIGHTS COORDINATOR Working under the
direction of the collections librarian/archivist, and as a member of the
collections department, assists with the preservation, security and access of
all visual resources in the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust’s research and
archival collections.
